A simple process for a frustrating problem.
You upload. We file, follow up, and keep you informed across every stage of the appeal.
1. Upload your ticket
Provide your citation number, license plate, and a photo of the ticket. The whole thing takes about three minutes on a phone.
2. We review and prepare your appeal
An advocate reviews your facts, picks the strongest grounds, and drafts an appeal aligned to the format the issuing agency expects.
3. We file at the right stage
Most tickets start with an Administrative Review (Stage 1). If that's denied, we can advance to an Administrative Hearing (Stage 2) and, if you choose, a Superior Court Appeal (Stage 3).
4. You get updates throughout
We notify you by email and SMS when we file, when there's a response, and what your options are at each step.
We can represent you across all three appeal levels.
Stage 1 — Administrative Review
We submit a written request explaining the facts, mitigating circumstances, and any supporting evidence (photos, receipts, diagrams). No payment is required at this stage.
Stage 2 — Administrative Hearing
If Stage 1 is denied, we can request a hearing on your behalf (by mail, phone, or in person). State law requires the citation amount be deposited at this point — refunded if you win.
Stage 3 — Superior Court Appeal
If the hearing decision isn't satisfactory, we can prepare a Superior Court appeal. A $25 court filing fee applies, refunded if the citation is dismissed.
We do not guarantee dismissal outcomes. Past performance is not a promise of results.
