  • Appeal grounds and any explanation or documents you upload (e.g. ticket photos, receipts).
  • Contact information (name, email, phone).
  • Payment metadata necessary to process the service fee. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Standard technical data (device, browser, IP address) for security and service quality.

2. How we use it

  • To prepare and submit your appeal to the issuing agency.
  • To communicate updates about your case via email or SMS.
  • To process your service fee.
  • To improve the service in aggregate (e.g. understanding which appeal grounds succeed).

We share your information only with: (a) the issuing agency or court for the limited purpose of submitting and pursuing your appeal; and (b) trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment processing) under appropriate data protection terms. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

All submissions are encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to case data is restricted to personnel who need it to deliver the service. We retain case records only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law or to defend legal claims.
