Promotion terms

The fine print, in plain English

  • Discount: 50% off TicketAdvocate's $39.99 service fee — a one-time credit applied to a single citation appeal.
  • Eligibility: Both you and your referred friend must be new or active TicketAdvocate customers. The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously submitted an appeal.
  • Trigger: The discount unlocks only after your referred friend (a) successfully submits a citation appeal, and (b) completes payment of the full $39.99 service fee. Cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks void the referral credit.
  • Redemption: Your 50% off code is sent by email within 7 business days of qualification and expires 90 days after issuance. One credit per referral, one credit per appeal.
  • Stacking: The referral discount cannot be combined with other promotions, credits, or refunds. It applies to the service fee only — never to the underlying citation fine.
  • Self-referrals & abuse: Referring yourself, using duplicate or invalid emails, or any attempt to manipulate the program will void all credits and may result in account termination.
  • Risk of loss reminder: TicketAdvocate's service fee is a processing fee for services rendered, separate from your citation fine. If an appeal is denied, the appellant remains responsible for the full citation amount. The referral discount does not change this.
  • Program changes: TicketAdvocate may modify, suspend, or end this referral program at any time. Existing qualified credits will still be honored through their expiration date.
